PurchaseForgeby Infinitum Systems™Version 917fa34d702c
Effective October 23, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PurchaseForge (the "Service"), provided by 1HomePlanet, LLC, an Alaska limited liability company ("1HomePlanet", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent ("you", the "Customer"). If you do not have authority to bind that business, do not use the Service.
PurchaseForge reads incoming purchase-order emails in a mailbox you connect, uses automated tools including artificial intelligence to interpret them, and presents the resulting orders for review. Orders you accept are sent to your connected ERP system or provided to you as a document. If you enable it, the Service can also commit orders that pass every automatic check without a manual review, and can add status labels to emails in your mailbox.
Access is by invitation. You are responsible for your users, for keeping passwords and sign-in codes confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@purchaseforge.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You confirm that you have the right to connect each mailbox and ERP system you connect, and to let us process the emails, attachments and data they contain. Automated interpretation can be wrong or incomplete, and the Service may not detect every order. You are responsible for reviewing orders before accepting them, for the settings you choose (including automatic commits), and for the orders, prices and quantities that reach your ERP or your customers. Prices shown are taken from your customers' messages; your ERP's own pricing governs unless you change it.
A demo account is available for a limited time. If a demo ends without being converted to a paid subscription, we delete the data associated with it 30 days after the demo ends, except records we must keep by law and records of your acceptance of these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance at the price in your order or invoice; there is no month-to-month option. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your first paid term, we refund the full fee for that term. If you cancel later, we refund the fees for the full unused months remaining in the current term. Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. We may change prices for future terms with at least 30 days' notice before renewal.
As between you and us, you own the emails, attachments, catalogs, orders and other content you provide or that the Service obtains from your systems ("Customer Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process and display Customer Data to provide, secure, support and improve the Service.
You agree that we retain order emails and their attachments, the orders interpreted from them, and the corrections and decisions your users make in the Service, including in a separate training dataset, for as long as your account is active and afterwards as described in our Privacy Policy. You authorize us to use this data to train, evaluate and improve the models and features that serve your account.
For Customer Data that we did not obtain through Google APIs, you also authorize us to de-identify it and use the de-identified data to train and improve models used across our customers, and to create aggregated or de-identified datasets that we may use, share, license or sell to third parties. De-identified data does not identify you, your users, your customers or any individual, and we do not attempt to re-identify it. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to de-identified data created under this section, which survives the end of your subscription. Data obtained through Google APIs (for example from a connected Gmail account) is used only as described in the Google section of our Privacy Policy, and is never sold or used to train generalized models.
A more restrictive data-use setting agreed with you in writing for your account takes precedence over this section.
The Service relies on third parties, including Google and Microsoft for mailbox access, OpenAI for automated interpretation, Amazon Web Services for hosting and email delivery, and the ERP systems you connect. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make, and an outage at any of them may delay processing.
You will not misuse the Service: no unlawful content or activity, no attempts to access other customers' data, no interference with the Service's security or operation, no reverse engineering except where the law permits it, and no use of the Service to build a competing product.
Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of this agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.
You may cancel at any time, with refunds as described in section 5. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create a security or legal risk, with notice where reasonably possible. After termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy; you may ask us to delete your account data, subject to records we must keep by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that automated interpretations will be accurate or complete, that every order will be detected, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law permits, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if advised of the possibility. Without limiting the previous sentence, we are not liable for losses arising from orders, quantities or prices that you accepted or that were committed under settings you enabled, or from orders the Service did not detect. Each party's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or to either party's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, from your connection of mailboxes or systems you were not authorized to connect, or from your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. We will notify account administrators of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, and the version in force is shown on this page. Each acceptance of these Terms is recorded with the version accepted. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. These Terms, together with any order form or signed agreement between us (which governs if it conflicts with these Terms), are the entire agreement on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except to a successor of your business.
